Refund policy

1. How to start a return

1. Sign in to your customer account with your email and the verification code we send you.
2. Choose the order and the item(s) you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and submit your request.
4. Wait for our approval email with return instructions and the return address.
5. Pack the approved items securely and ship them as instructed.

2. Return eligibility

Request your return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories and all included parts. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase. All returns are inspected on arrival.

Please check your order when it arrives and email contactus@lovenspire.com promptly if something is wrong. Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until we send instructions.

5. Items not eligible for standard returns

• Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or special-order items
• Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase
• Gift cards, except where required by law
• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers and henna cones, and digital downloads
• Hazardous or flammable items that cannot be shipped back safely

6. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you to confirm, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
